Q. Are you a licenced company?
A. Yes. We are licenced by the Transport for London under Licence Number 0100820101.

Q. Is your service available day and night?
A. Yes. We operate 24/7, all year round, including Christmas and bank holidays.

Q. Are your prices fixed?
A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, any additional drops/ stops, pickups, additional waiting times or diversions will be subjected to additional charges. You may also be charged if you have ordered an incorrect vehicle type.

Q. We have children travelling with us. Can you provide child/infant seats?
A. Yes. Up to two child/ infant seats can be provided free of charge, per transfer. Please request this at the time of booking and provide us with the ages of the children.

Q. Can I smoke in the car?
A. No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Q. Can we track the driver?
A. Yes. You can download our app which facilitates live tracking to help you track your driver while you wait.

Q. How do I find my driver at the airport?
A. Our driver will be waiting in the arrival hall of the terminal with your name card . To check the airport meeting points click here

Q. Which Airports do we cover?
A. We cover the 5 main London Airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City Airport. We can also pick you up from any other UK Airport, if required.

Q. What type of vehicles do we have?
A. Our fleet includes Executive, VIP, Standard Saloon, Estate, 6-seater, 7-seater, 8-seater and 9-seater cars.

Q. How early can I book?
A. While booking online, you are advised to book at least 24 hrs in advance.

Q.How do I pay for my booking?
A. Prices are quoted before a booking is made. Payment is made online using a valid debit or credit card. We accept PayPal, VISA Debit/Credit, MasterCard American Express and Maestro. Alternatively, upon prior confirmation, payment can be made in cash.

Q. I’ve made an error in my booking. How can I fix it?
A. Please call 02039181777 or email bookings@pickmeuk.co.uk with your booking reference number to amend the booking.

Q. Can I cancel my booking?
A. Cancellations require up to 12 hrs notice prior to scheduled pick up time and are subject to a minimum fee of £6.00

Q. What if my flight is delayed?
A. Flight details are noted and monitored on the day of your arrival. Unless requested otherwise, our driver will enter the terminal 30 minutes after the flight has landed. Please call 02039181777 or email bookings@pickmeuk.co.uk for any special requests (quick or delayed exit).

Q. What happens if my flight is cancelled?
A. If your flight is cancelled, please call us on 02039181777. Alternatively, call us with your booking reference number to amend the booking. All cancellations are subject to minimum fee of £6.00

Q. My flight has been diverted, what shall I do?
A. If your flight has been diverted, please contact us immediately on 02039181777.
At best, a driver will arranged to pick you up from the diverted airport*. Alternatively, we can cancel your booking for you. All cancellations are subject to minimum fee of £6.00.

Q. I cannot locate my driver?
A. 
Once your booking has been allocated to a driver, you will be provided with the their contact details, so you can stay in touch. Alternatively, you can call us on 02039181777 and we can help locate the driver for you.

Q. Will I have to share the vehicle with anyone?
A. No. All bookings are for private hire vehicles.

Q. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
A. Once you complete your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also call our 24 hr customer service on 02039181777 and check with one of our operators.

Q. Can I get a receipt?
A. Yes. Just remember to ask your driver and he/she will provide you with it at the end of your journey. Alternatively, send your request via email.

Q. I left an item in the car. How can I retrieve it?
A. Please call our office immediately on 02039181777. Alternatively, you can contact the driver directly using their contact information provided.

Q. How can I leave a feedback / suggestion?

A. Please use the QR code with the driver to leave a rating about the journey.
